IIM Bangalore conducts Capability Development Programme for Product Managers of IBM
IIM Bangalore conducted the Capability Development Programme for Product Managers of IBM from 3rd to 5th November 2025, marking a highly engaging and impact-driven learning experience for the cohort.
Designed and led by Dr. Shankhadeep Banerjee, Chairperson, IT Facilitation Committee and faculty of the Information Systems area, the programme focused on strengthening the strategic, analytical and innovation capabilities required of product leaders in a rapidly evolving technology landscape. The three-day on-campus intervention brought together participants from diverse product teams across IBM, fostering a rich environment for peer learning and cross-functional insights.
The programme sessions covered topics including Product Management & Strategy, Business Storytelling & Presentation, GTM Strategy, Design Thinking for Product Discovery, and Product Metrics & Analytics.
Feedback highlighted the programme’s strong relevance, practical depth and the quality of faculty insights, reinforcing IIMB’s commitment to delivering learning solutions that blend academic rigour with industry impact.
