Enabling AI-driven Supply Chain Leadership: Capability-building Programme for Flex
As supply chains become increasingly intelligent and data-driven, the ability to translate AI investments into strategic advantage has become a leadership imperative. In this context, Flex partnered with Indian Institute of Management Bangalore to deliver a focused, capability-building intervention for its senior leadership team.
Conducted over three days from 10th to 12th March 2026, at Flex’s Chennai office, the programme – led by Dr. Vijay Venkataraman of the Strategy area of IIMB – was designed to help leaders move beyond conceptual understanding of AI toward actionable strategy. With a sharp emphasis on supply chain use cases, participants explored how AI can enhance decision-making, improve operational agility and unlock new efficiencies across the value chain.
The programme’s strength lay in its contextual relevance and business-first approach, enabling leaders to align emerging technologies with organizational priorities.
