Tanmatra-Women in Leadership Programme – Batch 10

Tanmatra, a cross-industry leadership development programme, leverages academic research and practitioner experience to help women advance in the business community. Research has consistently shown that having women in top management positions correlates with financial success for organizations, among other positive outcomes. The programme aims at preparing women leaders for top management and Board level positions in the corporate sector by providing functional and leadership skills.

The target audience for this programme comprises high potential women leaders with more than 15 years of work experience, identified and nominated through organizations.
