edForce: Reinventing Corporate Learning for a Skills-driven Future

edForce, an IT enterprise Learning and Development (L&D) firm offering flexible, scalable and outcome-driven IT skill training solutions, has experienced meteoric growth since its incubation in October 2021. By providing engaging instructor-led training for distributed learners and making many administrative and learning processes seamless, edForce leveraged emerging technologies for better learner engagement and learning outcomes. Buoyed by the increased satisfaction of the learners and demonstrated outcomes for organizations, the founders Ravi Kaklasaria and Mrinal Bagaria faced challenges to their business model. Furthermore, clients could equally leverage the new technology and offerings of edForce, presenting the possibility of their clients dis-intermediating their offering and questioning the value delivered by edForce. edForce only served the IT sector and could mitigate business risk by diversifying its offering to other industries. However, this presented another set of challenges.
