Nurturing Future Leadership Program invites VI Cohort
The Centre for Teaching and Learning (CTL) at IIM Bangalore conducted Cohort VI of the Nurturing Future Leadership Program (NFLP), supported by the Ministry of Education, Government of India, from 27th to 31st July 2026. The five-day residential programme aimed to assist and guide faculty members in the early stages of their careers to emerge as effective academic leaders.
The sessions covered diverse facets of effective leadership, including leadership and team building, institutional legal aspects, building centres of excellence in academia, fostering equity and inclusivity, communicating for ROI, strategic planning, creating a sustainable society, and digital learning, among other relevant topics. The programme helped equip participants with skills in decision-making, problem-solving, shared governance, and institutional benchmarking.
