Advanced Level Training Programme for Public Private Partnerships for the Department of Economic Affairs, Ministry of Finance, Government of India
The custom programme for Class A officers, of the Union and State governments, dealing with Infrastructure projects, is facilitated by the Public Private Partnerships (PPP) Cell, Department of Economic Affairs, Ministry of Finance, Government of India. It was inaugurated on 13th September 2021.

Krishnan, Director, IIMB, and Prof. G. Raghuram, Principal Academic Advisor, NRTI, Ministry of Railways, addressed the participants.
The Programme Directors are Prof. Anil B Suraj, Prof. Nishant Kumar Verma, and Prof. MS Narasimhan.
The objective of this programme is to enhance the participants’ understanding of the rationale for pursuing PPPs; critical steps involved in conceptualizing, developing, and implementing PPP projects; and structuring PPP projects that are financially viable and provide value for money for the public sector.
The programme is aimed at providing an exposure to various PPP models and project life cycles, PPP structuring and financing, and risk management. Of five-days’ duration, the programme is delivered live online mode over two weeks.
