‘Path Breaker on HP Inc’

The programme commenced online, on January 28th, for 25 tenured managers (MG2 Level) from HP. Designed by Prof. Vasanthi Srinivasan, from the OBHRM area, and Prof. R Srinivasan, from the Strategy area, the programme is aimed at making managers future-ready. It is a blend of individual assignments, group work, classroom sessions, a self-assessment module and an action-learning project (ALP). It also aims to impart an intrapreneurial mindset among managers in order to drive innovation and strategic growth, while leading change.
