Tanmatra – Women in Leadership Programme (Batch 6)

Tanmatra is a cross-industry leadership development programme that leverages academic research and practitioner experience to advance women in the Indian business community. The focus of this programme is to equip women leaders with functional knowledge and leadership skills needed to perform at the top management level and to build a forum of senior women leaders in India to ‘pay it forward’ to emerging women leaders. The programme theme is centred around exploring the self, owning careers and impacting business outcomes.
