Strategic Leadership Development Programme with People Business – Batch 2 (SLDP2)

The Strategic Leadership Development Programme is designed for proven business executives who want to take on greater leadership responsibilities. The focus of the programme is to enable the participants to develop their skills and capabilities in order to take up challenging leadership positions. The faculty at IIMB alongside industry coaches ensure that participants get the best of both worlds – access to the sharpest minds from the world of academia and hands-on experience of driving business transformation from coaches who have a proven track record of working with senior management. The second batch of this programme was inaugurated, on 18th April 2022, in hybrid mode.
