TATA AIG General Insurance Company – LEAD (Lead, Engage, Accelerate, Digitise)
The 3-day customised programme was conducted for top performing brokers who are CXO’s/National Sales Heads/Promoters of Insurance broker companies with domain /knowledge experts in insurance having 10 to 20 years of experience.
The programme included a mix of interactive lectures, case studies, group exercises in dedicated teams that helped participants apply what they learned to Tata Aig General Insurance Company’s business opportunities and challenges.
Programme themes include – Business Strategy and Implementation, New Market Knowledge, Analytics and Digital Marketing, Effective Brand Management, Driving a Profitable Business, Customer Centricity, Leadership and People Management.
