Infosys Technologies Co-founder Nandan Nilekani leads webinar on ‘Doing Transformational Projects in Government’ on 30th March

The Centre for Software & Information Technology Management (CSITM) at IIM Bangalore, hosted a webinar by Nandan Nilekani, Co-founder and Non-Executive Chairman of Infosys Technologies Limited.

This webinar is the fifth in the Masterclass series ‘Being Future Ready’.

In the webinar, titled ‘Doing Transformational Projects in Government’, Mr Nilekani discussed the various aspects of undertaking transformational projects in Government that encompass defining the vision, putting in place a team, articulating and getting approval for the strategy, execution approach, building consensus and a positive coalition, dealing with detractors, staying the course and dealing with political changes.
