Bootcamp for Women Startup Program participants on personal branding, scaling, innovation, customer engagement, and more

As part of the Women Startup Program’s Scale Hub: Women in Art & Craft, founders came together for a focused bootcamp aimed to strengthen how their ventures show up in the market and scale sustainably.

The participants explored personal branding in the art and craft space with Sandeep Das, Visiting Faculty, IIM Bangalore, and Founder & MD, Building Leaders for Tomorrow.

They also dived into authentic storytelling with Dr. Y L R Moorthi, faculty of the Marketing area, IIM Bangalore, and scaling creatively and sustainably with Prof. Nagaraja (Naga) Prakasam, Advisor & Mentor, NSRCEL, and Professor of Practice, Alliance University.

For the Incubation Batch, sessions were held focused on building the right foundation for growth – from making the most of mentoring with Deepu Joseph Varghese, Manager – Mentorship, NSRCEL, and unlocking growth channels with Shloka Sachdev, AVP – Marketing and Partnerships, NSRCEL, to understanding legal essentials with Nethravathi M Dhannur, Manager – Legal, NSRCEL.

The day closed with a Design Thinking workshop led by Dr. Pavan Soni, Author of ‘Design Your Thinking’ and Adjunct Professor, IIM Bangalore – a session that encouraged founders to reimagine innovation and customer engagement.

Every session brought founders closer to shaping ventures that are authentic, scalable and ready to grow.
