CCGS at IIMB to host special session honouring Prof. N. Balasubramanian on 13 November
The Centre for Corporate Governance & Sustainability (CCGS) at IIM Bangalore will host a session on Corporate Governance on 13th November 2025, from 1400 to 1700 hrs in classroom N-001 at the IIMB Campus, to commemorate Prof. N. Balasubramanian’s remarkable contributions to corporate governance, ethical leadership, and responsible business practices.

The session will open with the Prof. N. Balasubramanian Memorial Lecture, to be delivered by Mr. Suresh Narayanan, Former Chairman & Managing Director, Nestlé India Ltd. Following the address, the event will feature a panel discussion titled ‘The Future Board Room: Redefining Corporate Governance in a Changing World,’ which will bring together eminent leaders and scholars in the field.
