Cdr. Ajaya Kumar S
Cdr. Ajaya Kumar S joined IIM Bangalore as Chief Administrative Officer on 26th November 2025.
He holds a master’s degree in manufacturing management, a Master of Technology in Information Technology, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management.
Cdr. Ajaya Kumar brings with him over 20 years of diverse professional experience across multiple verticals. After taking voluntary retirement from the Indian Navy, he served at IIT Hyderabad for more than two years as the Officer-in-Charge of the Central Workshop. Prior to joining IIMB, he worked at NIT Calicut as Deputy Registrar for nearly three years.
