Dr. Neha Bellamkonda

Dr. Neha Bellamkonda joined IIMB on 27^th May as Assistant Professor in the Organizational Behavior & Human Resources Management area. She holds the Young Faculty Research Chair. She holds a PhD from XLRI- Xavier School of Management. Her work explores the area of incivility and mistreatment at the workplace among frontline employees. Specifically, she is interested in bystander intervention, affect, and behaviors post-mistreatment encounters. Her teaching interests are in the area of Micro OB, and experimental designs for behavioral research.
