For the first time, NSRCEL hosted Episode 13 of the Velocity – Kotak BizLabs Series at Nagpur. This interaction was about spotlighting what it takes to build and scale revenue-stage tech or AI start-ups from Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities. This interaction was hosted with TiE Nagpur and Lemon Ideas.

The conversation unpacked how government policies are enabling emerging ecosystems, why building from beyond the metros can be a strategic advantage, and what VCs are looking for, when investing in start-ups outside traditional hubs. This session broke some long-held myths around access to capital, talent and scale.
