Inauguration of Advanced Leadership Development Programme for TAFE

On May 15, 2024, AGMs and GMs with close to 25 years of work experience and from various functions of the company like Customer Support, HR, Manufacturing, Production, R&D, and Sales & Marketing, began the first phase of a six-day programme, delivered in two phases of three days each, on the IIMB campus. President & GCHRO Muthu Kumar Thanu and Talent Management Head Sulochana Raju (GM) set the context for the participants. Dr. Ganesh N Prabhu, Professor of Strategy at IIMB, is the programme director. The second phase of the programme will be conducted in August.
