On 6th February, Prof. Shankar Ganesan, University of Notre Dame (Marketing area), spoke on ‘Navigating Geopolitical Turmoil: Corporate Responses to the War in Ukraine and its Impact on Consumer Mindset’.
On 7th February, Prof. Aloke Ghosh, University of North Carolina Charlotte (Finance & Accounting), spoke on ‘IPOs, Internal and Disclosure Control Quality, and Financial Reporting Quality’.
The Office of Research and Publications also hosted a webinar on ‘Financial Repression, Deposit Rate Deregulation and Bank Market Power’, on 28th February. The webinar was conducted by Dr. Nirupama Kulkarni, Senior Research Director at CAFRAL (Economics area).
