Sustainability Taskforce hosts students from middle school Samhita Academy for an art contest themed on sustainability

The Sustainability Taskforce at IIM Bangalore recently hosted 235 students from The Samhita Academy, a middle school in Bangalore, in a bid to ignite the spark of sustainability in young hearts through an art competition. Dr. Haritha Saranga, Chairperson, Sustainability Taskforce and faculty of the Production & Operations Management area of IIMB, along with a team, had conducted a series of environmental sensitization sessions at the school in October, November and December of 2023, to instill a deep-seated understanding of mindful consumption for a sustainable future. The art contest was part of the program.
