As part of Velocity – Kotak BizLabs, NSRCEL hosted Episode 12 of the Velocity Series with Mela Ventures, featuring Vijay Rayapati, Co-founder of Atomicwork. The session focused on how start-ups could crack the global B2B sales code.

The participants gained some valuable insights from the discussions at the event. It was pointed out that founder-driven sales is non-negotiable as this is where GTM clarity and customer insight begin. It was also highlighted that sales is about relationships, and not just pipelines – it has more to do with building trust that opens real doors, and less to do with just chasing leads. Building credibility before scaling was another important issue discussed.

Founders also explored go-global strategies, GTM refinement and the power of building with early users, all while connecting with a like-minded community ready to take things global.
