Top Gear – Leadership Development Programme for IRIS Software
IIMB concluded the 12-month ‘Top Gear – Leadership Development Programme’ for IRIS Software on 29th November 2025, marking the completion of a meaningful journey of transformation. This programme was thoughtfully designed as a year-long odyssey of self-discovery and leadership growth by Iris, with two phases being held at the IIMB campus.
The programme consisted of comprehensive assessments and personalized ‘Individual Development Plans’, intensive coaching sessions, an immersive on-campus training intervention, and finally the execution of a high-impact Action Learning Project (ALP).
