‘Unnati Shikhar – Accelerated Leadership Programme for ONGC’ held at ONGC’s Advanced Training Institute in Goa
IIM Bangalore conducted ‘Unnati Shikhar – Accelerated Leadership Programme for ONGC’ (Batches 1 & 2), from 15th to 20th September 2025 at ONGC’s Advanced Training Institute, Goa. The Programme Directors Dr. Abhoy K Ojha of the Organizational Behavior & Human Resources Management area, and Dr. Deepak Chandrashekar of the Strategy area, designed and led this customized leadership journey for ONGC’s talented professionals. The programme was centred on accelerating leadership capabilities through engaging discussions, reflection and immersive learning experiences.
The valedictory session saw the presence of IIMB faculty and senior representatives from ONGC, marking a meaningful close to an enriching week.
