Webinars on ‘Train like an Athlete’ on May 22 & 29

The sessions, led by mind athlete and corporate leader Subbaraman Vaidyanathan, discuss a four-step framework to raise and sustain personal energy termed R-Box – Run, Refresh, Restore, Rebalance. With changes all around, dissolving work and home boundaries, and an uncertain future, a lot of people are experiencing high levels of stress. In such a state, individuals and leaders who learn to sustain performance under stress will keep progressing in their careers without burnout. ‘Train like an Athlete’ is a four-step framework to raise and sustain personal energy, aiming to empower people to be at their best. The program uses four tools that athletes integrate into their training – which is termed R-Box – Run, Refresh, Restore, Rebalance. An experiential program that trains participants in the science of personal energy and short high impact routines, that can be integrated into daily work and life. These webinars were hosted by the office of the Post Graduate Programme in Enterprise Management (PGPEM).
