Office of Career Development Services hosts the ‘HR Business Conclave’ on 12th July 2023

As part of the Golden Jubilee celebrations of IIM Bangalore, the Career Development Services (CDS) team of the institute hosted the ‘HR Business Conclave’ on 12^th July 2023, themed on: ‘Value Creating HR: Innovative Best Practices in Talent Sustainability and Employee Experience’. The event was a learning intervention for HR leaders who aspire to add value to their organizations through best practice learning and sharing. Most of the conclave was conducted in a ‘bistro-format’ to aid group learning.
