Centre for Corporate Governance & Sustainability to host the virtual CEO Round Table on ‘Thought Leadership Discussion on Corporate Governance’ on 2nd September
The Centre for Corporate Governance and Sustainability (CCGS) at IIM Bangalore will host the virtual CEO Round Table on: ‘Thought Leadership Discussion on Corporate Governance’, from 8.30 am to 10.30 am on 2nd September 2023.
The event will include a discussion on Corporate Governance trends and challenges. Some of the key points to be discussed at the meet include: the state of Corporate Governance in India; the role of Independent Directors; skill sets and functioning of Board committees; Boards’ response to the importance of ESG, and Board diversity and shareholder activism.
The session will be chaired and moderated by C K Venkataraman, Managing Director, Titan Company and Ajay Nanavati, Former Managing Director, 3M India, Former Chairman, Syndicate Bank, and Member of the Board of Advisors, CCGS, IIMB.
