Dr. Surendra Babu Talluri

Dr. Surendra Babu Talluri joined IIMB on 19^th December as Assistant Professor in the Organizational Behavior & Human Resources Management area. He holds the Young Faculty Research Chair. His research explores the individual resources and behaviors that help working professionals build successful and sustainable careers. He also received the ‘Outstanding Reviewer Award’ from the Careers Division of the Academy of Management, USA. He holds a PhD in Human Resource Management from the Indian Institute of Management Lucknow. Before joining the doctoral program, He worked as a Human Resources Executive in Coal India Limited for over eight years, managing a strength of more than 2500 employees. During this period, He worked in various capacities with hands-on experience in several HR practices related to payroll, career development, performance management, and industrial relations.
