Women in Management Club to host annual Women Leadership Summit on 3rd March
The student-run Women in Management Club (WIM) of IIM Bangalore will host the Women Leadership Summit 2024 on 3rd March 2024. The theme for this year’s summit, which will be held in a hybrid setting, is: ‘Invest in Women, Inspire Change, Drive Progress’.
The objectives of the summit are to discover and explore ways to promote gender equality as well as women empowerment in the workplace, marketplace and community, and discuss business practices and corporate policies to reduce gender gap; highlight the relationship between gender equality and superior business performance; and identify strengths and areas where further action may be taken.
