Management Development Programme for Exide Industries
This custom programme for Exide Industries Limited was conducted on March 11th, 12th and 13th. The participants of this programme were contractors and distributors of Exide products. The programme was designed by Dr. Gopal Das to empower the participants to upskill and learn some of the key elements required to strategize and scale their businesses, which included intricacies in supply chain optimization, and financial and marketing management along with practising strategic leadership.
