N. Karthik

N. Karthik, Advisor to the IIMB Real Estate Research Initiative (RERI), was relieved from the services of the institute on 31^st March 2024, upon his resignation. He joined IIMB on 1^st September 2014 and served the institute for almost 10 years. He worked in close association with Prof. Venkatesh Panchapagesan, Chairperson, Real Estate Research Initiative and faculty of the Finance & Accounting area of IIMB, to build the initiative from scratch to what it is today. The initiative is now a leading thought leader in the Indian real estate space and collaborates actively with governments, real estate developers, civic organizations and regulators.
