Tanmatra – Women in Leadership Programme – Batch 8

Tanmatra, a cross-industry leadership development programme, leverages academic research and practitioner experience to advance women in the Indian business community. Research has consistently shown that having women in top management positions correlates with financial success for organizations, among other positive outcomes. The programme prepares women leaders for top management and Board positions in the corporate sectors. The target audience is high potential women leaders with over 15 years of work experience, identified and nominated through organizations.
