Sixth batch of N. S. Ramaswamy Pre-doctoral Fellowship with twelve participants concludes on 30th April
The sixth batch of the N. S. Ramaswamy Pre-doctoral Fellowship (NSR Pre-doc) of IIM Bangalore completed the programme and received their certificates on 30th April 2024. The 2023-24 batch of twelve participants comprised eight women and four male Fellows with diverse profiles.
The objective of the Fellowship programme, launched in 2018, with a focus on inclusion, is to enable the participants to acquire formal and tacit knowledge necessary to succeed in a Doctoral programme. It is designed to increase the social diversity of management academia, in India and globally.
