Strategic Leadership Development Programme for Allianz Services

Fifteen participants, comprising Presidents & Vice Presidents, attended a custom programme at IIMB in order to develop and hone their abilities to navigate organizational complexities and perform efficiently in leadership roles. The programme themes included tools for dealing with the changing business landscape, managing relationships, and making behavioural decisions. It also focused on helping them understand industry dynamics, develop competitive strategies, and establish long-term competitive advantages to pursue cross-functional trajectories. The programme was designed and led by Dr. Debolina Dutta & Dr. Sushanta K Mishra, from the OB&HRM area.
