Tanmatra – Women in Leadership Programme – Batch 8

Tanmatra, a cross-industry leadership development programme, leverages academic research and practitioner experience to enable women to advance in the Indian business community. Research has consistently shown that having women in top management positions correlates with financial success for organizations, among other positive outcomes. The programme aims at preparing the women leaders for top management and Board-level positions in corporate sectors by providing functional and leadership skills. The target audience comprises high potential women leaders with 15+ years of work experience, identified and nominated through organizations.
