Rakuten Certified Leaders Programme, Rakuten India (5 May- 25 June 2022) – on campus and Live Online

The programme was inaugurated on 5th May 2022, in the Live Online mode.

The programme is aimed to develop the mindsets and skillsets of the participants to be groomed as leaders. It enables them to demonstrate their expertise in contributing to a larger ecosystem as internal and external influencers. The participants were encouraged to develop thoughts and behaviours needed to be influencers who leverage their expertise within the organization as well as in the external world. Dr. R Srinivasan, from the Strategy area and Dr. Sushanta Mishra, from the OB& HRM area at IIMB, led the programme.
