Centre for Software & IT Management, in collaboration with the Association for Information Systems – India Chapter, to host the Information Systems Curriculum and Pedagogy Practicum on Aug 26 & 27

Senior faculty from IIMs and IITs to be facilitators at the practicum which will help participants to interact, conceptualize, design and develop graduate-level courses.

In the recent past, there have been many academic debates questioning the role of IS courses in the Management curriculum, despite the growing industry expectation for technology-savvy business executives. The workshop will act as a step towards critically reflecting on the reasons for this paradox, while providing a platform for early-career and prospective Information Systems academics to find ways to bridge this gap, to interact, conceptualize, design and develop graduate-level courses.
