Inauguration of Talent Development Programme for Biocon Biologics (co-branded with People in Business)

The Talent Development Programme is designed for proven business executives who want to take on greater leadership responsibilities. The focus of the programme is to enable the participants to develop their skills and capabilities for taking up challenging leadership positions. The eminent faculty at IIMB, alongside industry-leading coaches, ensure that participants get the best of both worlds — access to the sharpest thinking from the world of academia and hands-on experience of driving business transformation from coaches who have a proven track record of working with senior management. 

The programme will be delivered in two batches and was inaugurated for both the batches together. The cohort was addressed by Biocon Biologics and People Business Leadership team along with Dr. Ganesh Prabhu from IIMB.
