Amit Pareek, Post Graduate Programme in Enterprise Management (PGPEM) 2021-2023, Gold Medallist – Best All Round Performer

Aged 37 years, Amit Pareek belongs to a close-knit family consisting of his father – a retired businessman, his wife – a CA aspirant, his elder brother – an IT professional, and his younger sister – a credit analyst.   

Amit was awarded the Merit Scholarship at IIMB. He featured in the Director’s Merit List in Year 1, performed well in various inter-college competitions, participated in the student exchange program at Stockholm School of Economics – Sweden, and supported his batch as academic coordinator in Year 1. He has also been a Student Affairs Council member.   

He says, “The programme’s unique structure allowed me to continue my on-the-job learning and provided me with an accelerated understanding of management paradigms. Now, I feel more confident and future-ready for complex leadership roles.”

Amit aims to use his IIMB learning to excel in his current work profile as Head – Strategy & Business Development, and build his expertise as Global Strategic Leader in the Industry and Manufacturing sectors. “I also dream of starting a social venture,” he adds.
