Executive Education Programme for Laboratory Corporation of America Holdings (Labcorp) – Labcorp India Leadership Alchemy

Valedictory of Custom Programme for senior leaders of Laboratory Corporation of America Holdings (Labcorp) was held on 31st May 2023. The senior leaders comprised Directors, Senior Directors, VPs, heads of departments/functions, etc., who are subject matter experts in their fields and play an instrumental role in building the culture of Labcorp India, managing teams within India and globally.

This Custom Programme was designed with the objective of helping the India organization to successfully transition global strategic projects to India and create a culture of high performance that would distinguish its Indian operations. The programme focused on preparing participants for a bigger role in future, helping them develop critical thinking skills, have a cross-functional understanding and take decisions keeping in mind the strategic objectives of the organization.

The programme themes included: Business Strategy and Implementation, Financial Management, Macroeconomics, Leveraging Data and Technology for Decision Making, Leadership and People Management.

This programme was of 18 days’ duration and was delivered in the live, online mode over five months.

The valedictory had several leaders present from Labcorp India and across the globe.

Senior leaders including Grace Fan (Director, Global Talent Management), Hufriz Karkaria (Senior Director, HR Partnering & Global Talent Acquisition, HR Staffing, Asia Pacific), Deepa (Senior Vice President and Country Head, India) and Rhonda Holler (Vice President, Global Talent Management) congratulated the participants.
