Future Leaders Programme for Bosch India

The Future Leaders Programme for Bosch was inaugurated on 7th June 2023. Dr. Jagatheesh Jayanand, Head, Learning and Talent Development, Bosch India, addressed the senior leaders on the occasion and shared his expectations. The Faculty Programme Director, Dr. Ganesh N Prabhu (Strategy area, IIMB), walked the participants through the learning journey in store.

There are 21 Deputy General Managers and Senior Managers undertaking this programme. The programme has been designed to develop specific competencies of the leaders to be better equipped for their role and be future-ready. The programme themes include developing a strategic and entrepreneurial growth mindset, enhancing depth and breadth of the auto industry knowledge, building business competence in dealing with complex and uncertain situations in an agile manner, leadership skills with better self-awareness and creating value for customers.

The 15-day programme is being delivered in phases over the next six months at the Bosch Learning Center, with the leaders working in small groups on break through projects for Bosch.
