Valedictory for Batch 7 of ‘Tanmatra’ & alumni meet
‘Tanmatra’, a cross-industry leadership development programme, leverages the academic research and practitioner experience to help women advance in the Indian business community. Research has consistently shown that having women in top management positions correlates with financial success for organizations, among other positive outcomes. The programme aims at preparing women leaders for top management and Board positions in the corporate sector by providing them with functional and leadership skills.
The valedictory for the 7th edition of Tanmatra – Women in Leadership Programme was held on 3rd November 2023. The programme directors, Dr. Vasanthi Srinivasan and Dr. P D Jose, addressed the participants. This was followed by an alumni meet, a talk on ‘What can leaders learn from art’ by Dr. Vasanthi Srinivasan, a panel discussion, and a cultural programme.
