Valedictory of custom programme for Apollo Tyres

Dr. Sushanta Kumar Mishra (OB & HRM) designed and delivered a four-day custom programme for Apollo Tyres. The programme was aimed at next-generation middle management leaders from various divisions such as sales, plants, headquarters, and corporate functions. It helped the participants develop skills and capabilities for taking up challenging leadership positions based on Six Apollo Leadership Competencies. The programme themes included tools to deal with workplace obstacles, including functional and strategic orientation.
