Valedictory of UNext Business Leadership Program – a custom programme
On December 13th, at the valedictory ceremony at IIMB, Vaitheeswaran S, Vice Chairman & MD – Manipal Education & Medical Group (MEMG), and Nishith . Mohanty, Group President, Academia & Human Resources, MEMG, congratulated the participants for completing the programme, successfully. during the valediction held on December 13th, 2023. The programme was designed and led by Dr. Ashish Mishra (Marketing) and Dr. Sushanta Kumar Mishra (OB&HRM).
The three-month programme was launched on 25th September 2023 in the presence of Ambrish Sinha, CEO, and Dr Rankan Pai, Member of the Board. Designed and delivered in three phases to prepare middle managers for leadership positions, it focused on subjects such as functional knowledge, strategic thinking, digital marketing and transformational leadership. It also provided an understanding of emerging trends and uncertainties, allowing participants to make strategic decisions, use data and technology to create value in the business, and explore and develop insights about themselves as future leaders.
