Custom Programme Updates – Inaugural

The Custom programme for Saint-Gobain was launched on 9 September 2024 with an inaugural address by the company leadership. This 10-day two-phased programme was designed by Dr. Vasanthi Srinivasan and Prof. Avinash Mulky to equip senior and top management leaders with advanced leadership skills, strategic insights, customer focus and innovative sales approach, tailored to the unique challenges of Saint-Gobain’s business landscape.

Computacenter

The six-day Custom programme for Computacenter, was launched on 16 September 2024 and is aimed at accelerating growth and empowering leaders to navigate the challenges of rapid expansion. Designed to meet the evolving demands of the IT services industry, the programme emphasizes leadership agility, innovation and the development of effective growth strategies. Participants engage in collaborative discussions focused on leadership, strategic thinking, business analytics for informed decision-making, and operational scalability, equipping them with the tools to drive Computacenter’s next phase of success. Dr. Vasanthi Srinivasan, the Programme Director, introduced the participants to the history of IIM Bangalore, its campus, its offerings and the programme schedule. The leaders from Computacenter also shared their experiences and insights on the expected outcome from the programme cohort.
