Custom programme for Swiss Re
IIMB launched a custom programme for high performing mid-managers of Swiss Re on 28th November on campus. The three-day programme, designed and delivered by Dr. Mukta Kulkarni and Dr. Vasanti Srinivasan, aimed to equip Swiss Re’s managers, who regularly navigate complex decision-making scenarios, often under significant time constraints, make better and more creative decisions in their organization.
