FinTech CoE session with Scripbox & Probe Founder Atul Shinghal

FinTech CoE session with Scripbox & Probe Founder Atul Shinghal

The FinTech CoE, an initiative by the Government of Karnataka in partnership with NSRCEL, held a closed-door AMA with Atul Shinghal, Founder of Scripbox and Probe.

There were several significant takeaways from the session. They include: although everyone talks about features – the buyer only cares about the use case; one does not ‘find’ PMF – but can earn it by decluttering, running trials and listening; the product that the customer pays for is the real product; sales is not a skillset – it is about the love for the product and the discipline to follow up; hiring should be done for hunger and not polish; org clarity matters – one should pay for roles and not people, and design the sales and tech teams like equals; if needed, one can let go of clients, people and perfection early, and founders are not equal since someone has to carry the can. These learnings are curated at the Fintech CoE for founders who want to get it right.
