Leadership and Governance Programme for Senior Time-Scale Officers of CWES
IIM Bangalore completed the fifth edition of the Leadership and Governance Programme for senior time-scale officers of CWES, conducted in collaboration with the National Water Academy, Pune. The five-day customised programme, launched on 15th December, was led by Dr. Sushanta K Mishra and Prof. Ramya Ranganathan and focused on key leadership themes, including managing self, managing others, and contingent leadership.
