Certificate Programme for AstraZeneca India to boost business excellence of high-potential leaders

AstraZeneca India has collaborated with IIM Bangalore for a custom certification programme to boost business excellence and leadership capability of high-potential leaders. Designed by Programme Director Dr. Padmini Srinivasan, Chairperson, Centre for Corporate Governance & Sustainability and faculty of the Finance & Accounting area of IIM Bangalore, who till recently led EEP at IIMB, the programme will help high-potential managers deepen their understanding of decision-making across key business domains – marketing, finance and talent management. It will also help them develop deeper insights into their own leadership styles and future potential, including managing teams.
