Defence Tech Demo Day for Velocity – Kotak BizLabs Accelerator Programme sees defence and deep tech start-ups showcasing their innovations

The Defence Tech Demo Day brought together start-ups building in defence and deep tech to showcase their innovations before investors, industry experts as well as leaders from the defence ecosystem.

The event began with Round 1, where 17 selected start-ups pitched to a panel of VC associates. The top five start-ups advanced to the final round, presenting their solutions to an expert jury comprising Lt. Col. Ishwar G Doddamani, Col. Ananth Srinivas, Vivek Krishnan, Sridhar Parthasarathy, Manu Iyer and Kiran Sharma.

The Demo Day was conducted as part of Velocity – Kotak BizLabs Accelerator Programme, a CSR initiative of Kotak Mahindra Bank in partnership with NSRCEL.

Through expert feedback, industry insights and discussions on real-world applications, participating start-ups gained valuable perspectives from professionals with deep experience in technology as well as defence.
