Tanmatra – Women in Leadership Programme – Batch 8
The 8th edition of Tanmatra was inaugurated on 24 June 2024 by Programme Directors Dr. Vasanthi Srinivasan, Dr. Padmini Srinivasan and Dr. P D Jose.
Tanmatra, a cross-industry leadership development programme, leverages the academic research and practitioner experience to help women advance in the Indian business community. Research has consistently shown that having women in top management positions correlates with financial success for organizations, among other positive outcomes. The programme aims at preparing women leaders for top management and Board level positions in the corporate sector by providing training in developing functional and leadership skills.
The target audience of this programme comprises high potential women leaders with over 15 years of work experience, identified and nominated through organizations.
