HR Development Programme for Airbus 13 February to 31 May 2024
Top-performing HR professionals from Airbus attended this Custom Certificate Programme.
Sixteen HR professionals, including HR Business Partners, HR Operations Specialists, Recruitment Experts, Training Experts, Payroll Experts, HR Data & Analytics Specialists, and members of the Centre of Competencies, participated in a ten-day Executive Programme.
The programme was divided into two modules designed to prepare HR professionals to address future challenges and meet employee needs effectively. The target audience has around eight to 20 years of experience, engaged in business functions within Airbus India and Airbus globally, on a daily basis.
Each module was of five days’ duration and exposed participants to Strategy, Finance, People Analytics, Emerging Technology in HR, Change and Culture, Self-Leadership, Collaboration, Working in Teams and Leadership Coaching. The programme also provided an understanding of emerging trends and uncertainties, allowing participants to make strategic decisions, use data and technology to create value in the business, and explore and develop insights about themselves as future HR leaders.
Inclusion of psychometric assessment (Strengths Finder) followed with one-on-one debrief and Action Learning Projects (ALPs), which assisted participants in connecting their learning to real-world HR business functions.

The programme was designed and led by Dr. Debolina Dutta of the Organizational Behavior & Human Resources Management area of IIMB.
